Refund and Return Policy
:: RETURN POLICY ::
We accept returns ONLY APPAREL up to 30 days after order has been placed. All flat stock artwork is EXEMPT from any returns, unless your item is DAMAGED by your shipping carrier in transit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be ELIGIBLE for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If claiming a DAMAGED item, you'll be contacted and asked to provide pictures of the order in it's damaged packaging. If accepted, you must ship the original item back and we will replace it with the same, un-damaged item in new packaging. Mind-changing is not an acceptable reason for returns.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 400 S. Madison St, Bloomington, Illinois 61701, USA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
